January is a calm month when it comes to events and people are slowly getting back to work after holidays. However, most of the meetup organizers are already back to town. Let’s see what they offer!
The biggest joint event in Geneva this year will take place on 29 August at 18.30 at FlexOffice. Ten meetup organizers will meet together and they invite all their members to have a drink, chat, network, say goodbye to the summer and hello to the new meetup season.
Although in summer most of the meetup organizers are taking a break, it doesn’t mean that all tech-related meetups in Geneva are put on hold. Some of the groups continue to meet in July and August as well, some invite their members for informal and less structured gatherings, others will meet on a boat. On 9 July there will be a special event for tech and startup community in Geneva: a meetup on a boat! Not only its location is quite unusual (although, we live by the lake, so is it really?) but it’s a rare occasion when both tech entrepreneurs and investors can grab a drink and network in relaxing atmosphere.
